This page explains how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Parallax Network app. Please read carefully before proceeding.
📱How to Delete from Inside the App
Launch the Parallax Network application on your device.
Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar, then select Settings.
Find the Delete Account option at the bottom of the Settings page.
Verify your ownership by entering your current password.
After successful verification, your account and all related data are permanently deleted.
⚠️ Irreversible Action
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll be signed out immediately and your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you want to proceed before confirming.
✉️Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to the app or the in-app deletion fails, you can request deletion via email:

- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
⏱️ Response Time
We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
🗑️What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Account profile and identifiers
Username, email, password, profile information, and unique identifiers -
User-generated content & app data
Mining history, rewards, balances, and all data associated with your account -
Linked sessions and tokens
Active sessions, authentication tokens, and app-specific data -
KYC documents and verification data
Identity documents, verification photos, and related compliance data
📝 Legal Retention
In some cases, we may be required by law to retain certain data (such as transaction records for tax/regulatory purposes) for a specific period. Any such data will be securely stored and deleted once the legal retention period expires.
